Job Summary
Serving as a trusted technical partner, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will support Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America by identifying growth opportunities, providing technical education, and leveraging HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to resolve integration issues.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio, partnering with Account Management to drive measurable commercial outcomes
- Provide education and quarterly technical reviews to merchants, connecting integration health to commercial performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical and operational solutions that enhance the merchant experience
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to assess and debug integration issues
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, translating technical insights into business-relevant recommendations
