Job Summary

Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, drive commercial outcomes, and leverage technical expertise to enhance merchant performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to enhance GPV and feature adoption
  • Provide education and quarterly technical reviews to merchants, linking integration health to commercial performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical solutions that improve the overall merchant experience
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
  • Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, translating technical insights into business-relevant recommendations
