Job Summary

Serving as a trusted technical partner to major merchants, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will proactively manage post-sales relationships for Cash App Pay and Afterpay, utilizing technical expertise to drive growth and optimize integration performance in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and act on growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio, collaborating with Account Management to enhance GPV and feature adoption
  • Provide education on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features, conducting quarterly technical reviews that connect integration health to commercial performance
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical solutions that improve the merchant experience and facilitate product adoption
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management, customer success, or a technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to assess and debug integration issues
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to translate technical insights into business recommendations
