Job Summary
Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, drive commercial outcomes, and leverage technical expertise to enhance merchant integration and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and act on growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to enhance GPV and feature adoption
- Provide education and conduct quarterly technical reviews to connect integration health with commercial performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical solutions that improve the overall merchant experience
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering or software development
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing integration issues
- Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to translate technical insights into business recommendations
