Job Summary

Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, drive commercial outcomes, and leverage technical expertise to ensure merchants effectively utilize Cash App capabilities.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify post-sales growth opportunities and collaborate with Account Management to enhance merchant performance
  • Provide education on Cash App features and conduct quarterly technical reviews to connect integration health with commercial success
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical solutions that improve the merchant experience
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or software development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, translating technical insights into business recommendations
