Job Summary

Serving as a trusted technical partner for Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, drive commercial outcomes, and creatively solve integration issues using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and act on growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio, partnering with Account Management to enhance GPV and feature adoption
  • Provide education on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features, delivering quarterly technical reviews that connect integration health to commercial performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical and operational solutions that enhance the merchant experience
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
  • Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
