Job Summary

Serving as a trusted technical partner, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will support Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America by identifying growth opportunities, providing education on features, and ensuring seamless integration and technical solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to drive commercial outcomes
  • Provide education to merchants on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features, delivering quarterly technical reviews
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide technical solutions that improve the merchant experience and facilitate product adoption
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing technical role in payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to assess and debug integration issues
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to translate technical insights into business recommendations
