Job Summary
Serving as a trusted technical partner, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will support Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America by identifying growth opportunities, providing technical education, and ensuring seamless integration and product adoption while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio, collaborating with Account Management to enhance GPV and feature adoption
- Provide education on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features, and deliver quarterly technical reviews linking integration health to commercial performance
- Lead integration health monitoring by conducting regular checks, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing preventative measures across merchant implementations
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to assess and debug integration issues
- Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
