Job Summary

Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, drive commercial outcomes, and leverage HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to solve integration issues while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance merchant success.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio, partnering with Account Management to drive GPV and feature adoption
  • Provide education on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features and deliver quarterly technical reviews connecting integration health to commercial performance
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and other teams to ensure seamless pre-sales to post-sales handoffs and improve the overall merchant experience
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to assess and debug integration issues
  • Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
