Job Summary

Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, leveraging deep product knowledge and technical skills to drive merchant growth and integration success.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify post-sales growth opportunities and partner with Account Management to enhance GPV and feature adoption
  • Provide education and quarterly technical reviews to merchants, connecting integration health to commercial performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical solutions that improve the merchant experience and facilitate product adoption
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing integration issues
  • Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
