Job Summary

Serving as a trusted technical partner to major merchants, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will support Cash App Pay and Afterpay by identifying growth opportunities, providing education on features, and leveraging technical expertise to enhance merchant integration and performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to drive measurable commercial outcomes
  • Provide education on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features and conduct quarterly technical reviews connecting integration health to commercial performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical solutions that improve the merchant experience and support product adoption
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to assess and debug integration issues
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, translating technical insights into business-relevant recommendations
