Job Summary

Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, leveraging deep product knowledge and technical skills to drive merchant growth and performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and act on growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio, partnering to enhance GPV and feature adoption
  • Provide education and conduct technical reviews for merchants, linking integration health to commercial performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical solutions that improve the overall merchant experience
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or software development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, translating technical insights into business recommendations
