Job Summary
Serving as a trusted technical partner, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will support Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America by identifying growth opportunities, providing technical education, and ensuring seamless integration and performance of merchant systems.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities to enhance merchant performance and feature adoption
- Provide education and conduct quarterly technical reviews connecting integration health to commercial performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical solutions that improve the overall merchant experience
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for integration issue assessment and debugging
- Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
