Job Summary
Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, drive commercial outcomes, and leverage technical expertise to enhance merchant performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities to enhance GPV and feature adoption
- Educate merchants and internal teams on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features, delivering quarterly technical reviews
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide technical solutions that improve the merchant experience and facilitate product adoption
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or software development
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
- Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
