Job Summary
Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and leverage technical expertise to enhance merchant performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify post-sales growth opportunities and collaborate with Account Management to increase GPV and feature adoption
- Educate merchants and internal teams on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features, delivering quarterly technical reviews
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to provide technical solutions that improve the merchant experience
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, translating technical insights into business-relevant recommendations
