Job Summary
Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and leverage technical expertise to enhance merchant performance and integration health.
Key responsibilities
- Identify post-sales growth opportunities and collaborate with Account Management to enhance GPV and feature adoption
- Educate merchants on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features and conduct quarterly technical reviews to connect integration health with commercial performance
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to provide technical solutions that improve the overall merchant experience
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
- Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
