Job Summary

Serving as a trusted technical partner to major merchants, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will support Cash App Pay and Afterpay by identifying growth opportunities, providing technical education, and managing integration health while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to drive measurable commercial outcomes
  • Provide education on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features, delivering quarterly technical reviews that connect integration health to commercial performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to develop technical and operational solutions that enhance the merchant experience
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to translate technical insights into business-relevant recommendations
