Job Summary
Serving as a trusted technical partner to large merchants, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will support Cash App Pay and Afterpay by identifying growth opportunities, providing education on features, and resolving integration issues using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to enhance GPV and feature adoption
- Provide education and quarterly technical reviews to merchants, connecting integration health to commercial performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical solutions that improve the merchant experience
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
- Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
