Job Summary
Serving as a trusted technical partner, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will support Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America by identifying growth opportunities, providing technical education, and leveraging HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to solve integration issues.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities to enhance merchant performance and feature adoption
- Provide education and conduct quarterly technical reviews for merchants, connecting integration health to commercial outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical solutions that improve the merchant experience
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or software development
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and driving commercial outcomes
