Job Summary
Serving as a trusted technical partner to major merchants, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will support Cash App Pay and Afterpay by identifying growth opportunities, providing education on features, and leveraging technical expertise to enhance merchant performance remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to drive measurable commercial outcomes
- Provide education on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features and conduct quarterly technical reviews connecting integration health to commercial performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical and operational solutions that improve the overall merchant experience
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and driving commercial outcomes
