Job Summary
Serving as a trusted technical partner, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will support Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America by identifying growth opportunities, providing technical education, and leveraging technical expertise to enhance merchant performance.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities to enhance GPV and feature adoption
- Provide education on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features and conduct quarterly technical reviews
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical solutions that improve the merchant experience
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments or fintech
- Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering or software development
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
- Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
