Job Summary
Managing key business accounts, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will provide technical consultation, drive customer engagement, and advocate for customer needs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expertise in DigitalOcean's product portfolio and design tailored infrastructure architectures for customers
- Manage key accounts to drive engagement, retention, and expansion of DigitalOcean workloads, conducting regular business reviews
- Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance customer experiences
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in cloud infrastructure with deep knowledge of Linux, distributed systems, and automation tools
- Programming experience in at least one mainstream language (e.g., Python, Go) and familiarity with deployment strategies and tools
- Strong analytical skills to monitor customer trends and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Experience in advocating for customer needs and translating feedback into actionable insights
- Self-starter with adaptability to changes in the cloud ecosystem and a passion for technology
