Job Summary

As a strategic partner for key business customers, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will provide technical consultation, manage customer engagement, and advocate for customer needs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain expertise in DigitalOcean's product portfolio and design tailored infrastructure architectures for customers
  • Manage key accounts, driving engagement, retention, and expansion of DigitalOcean workloads through regular consultations and assessments
  • Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance customer experiences
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in cloud infrastructure with knowledge of Linux, distributed systems, and automation
  • Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and tools like Terraform and Ansible
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor customer trends and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Experience in advocating for customer needs and translating feedback into actionable insights
  • Ability to create and deliver technical presentations to diverse audiences
