Job Summary
As a strategic partner for key business customers, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will provide technical consultation, manage customer engagement, and advocate for customer needs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expertise in DigitalOcean's product portfolio and design tailored infrastructure architectures for customers
- Manage key accounts, driving engagement, retention, and expansion of DigitalOcean workloads through regular consultations and assessments
- Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance customer experiences
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in cloud infrastructure with knowledge of Linux, distributed systems, and automation
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Strong analytical skills to monitor customer trends and identify opportunities for improvement
- Experience in advocating for customer needs and translating feedback into actionable insights
- Ability to create and deliver technical presentations to diverse audiences
