Job Summary

As a strategic partner for key business customers, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will provide technical consultation, proactive customer engagement, and advocacy to ensure optimal use of the cloud platform, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain expertise in DigitalOcean's product portfolio while designing tailored infrastructure architectures for customers
  • Manage key accounts to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth, conducting regular business reviews and identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal teams to address technical challenges and enhance customer experiences
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in cloud infrastructure with deep knowledge of Linux, distributed systems, and automation
  • Programming skills in at least one mainstream language (e.g., Python, Go) and familiarity with tools like Terraform and Ansible
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and delivering technical solutions that align with business goals
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor customer trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Solutions Engineering, particularly in fast-paced environments
