Job Summary
As a strategic partner for key business customers, the full-time remote Senior Technical Account Manager will provide technical consultation, manage customer engagement, and advocate for client needs to ensure optimal use of the cloud platform while driving customer success and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical consultations and design infrastructure architectures tailored to customer use cases
- Manage key accounts to drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion of DigitalOcean workloads
- Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal teams to address technical challenges and enhance customer experiences
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in cloud infrastructure with deep knowledge of Linux and distributed systems
- Programming experience in at least one mainstream language (e.g., Python, Go)
- Familiarity with cloud provisioning tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Strong customer-centric approach with a history of delivering successful technical solutions
- Experience in Technical Account Management or similar roles within fast-paced environments
