Job Summary

Serving as a trusted technical partner, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will support Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, focusing on post-sales technical partnerships that enhance merchant performance and drive growth through proactive solutions and integration management.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to enhance GPV and feature adoption
  • Provide education and quarterly technical reviews to merchants and partners, connecting integration health to commercial performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical solutions that improve the overall merchant experience
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to translate technical insights into business recommendations
