Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Technical Account Manager, the successful candidate will support Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America by managing post-sales technical partnerships, ensuring merchant growth, and leveraging technical expertise to solve integration issues using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to drive commercial outcomes
  • Provide education and quarterly technical reviews to merchants, connecting integration health to commercial performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical and operational solutions that enhance the merchant experience
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering or software development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to translate technical insights into business recommendations
