Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Technical Account Manager will assist customers in maximizing their use of DataDome solutions, manage customer projects for successful integrations, and lead technical discussions to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation as a technical expert, guiding clients through the use of DataDome solutions
- Manage customer projects to ensure successful delivery of integrations and optimizations
- Conduct regular technical meetings with clients to track progress, identify risks, and maintain alignment with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B/SaaS solutions or CyberSecurity products
- Proven experience with Apache, AWS, CDNs (e.g., Akamai, CloudFlare, Fastly), and WAFs
- In-depth technical understanding of website hosting, architecture, and the HTTP protocol
- Familiarity with Kibana/Elasticsearch and agentic or AI-assisted configuration tools
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while ensuring high customer satisfaction
