Job Summary

Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, drive growth opportunities, and leverage technical expertise to enhance merchant performance remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and act on growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to enhance feature adoption and commercial outcomes
  • Provide education and quarterly technical reviews to merchants, connecting integration health with commercial performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical solutions that improve the overall merchant experience
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to assess and debug integration issues
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
