Job Summary

Serving as a trusted technical partner to major merchants, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will support Cash App Pay and Afterpay by identifying growth opportunities, providing technical education, and ensuring seamless integration while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to enhance GPV and feature adoption
  • Provide education on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features and conduct quarterly technical reviews linking integration health to commercial performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical and operational solutions that improve the merchant experience
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or Technical Consulting
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
  • Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
