Job Summary

Advising early-adopter customers on architectural best practices, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage high-priority product launches and drive adoption of Okta's newest capabilities while operating remotely with minimal travel requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Advise customers on best practices and product adoption during critical launch periods
  • Lead targeted technical sprints to enhance product adoption and manage account transitions to Core TAM teams
  • Capture technical telemetry from customers to inform product management and engineering teams
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in information technology, with at least 4 years in a Technical Account Manager or similar role in the IAM space
  • Deep technical knowledge of SaaS infrastructure and modern identity landscapes
  • Proficiency in identity federation technologies and protocols such as SAML 2.0 and OAuth
  • Strong understanding of web-scale infrastructure and operational metrics like RTO and RPO
  • BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
