Job Summary

Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, drive commercial outcomes, and leverage technical expertise to ensure merchant success while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to enhance GPV and feature adoption
  • Provide education on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features and conduct quarterly technical reviews linking integration health to commercial performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical solutions that improve the merchant experience and facilitate product adoption
Required qualifications:
  • Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or software development
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing integration issues
  • Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
