Job Summary

Guiding strategic healthcare customers in building and scaling enterprise automation and Agentic AI programs, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will serve as a trusted technical advisor and hands-on expert, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the UiPath Platform while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and deliver working POCs, agent prototypes, and automation accelerators within customer environments to facilitate agentic adoption
  • Own the technical success of strategic healthcare customers, providing proactive guidance to enhance their automation and Agentic AI programs
  • Conduct technical health checks and maturity assessments to identify opportunities for improving scalability, governance, and adoption
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles
  • Direct experience implementing or architecting solutions on the UiPath Platform
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise automation technologies, cloud platforms, integrations, and APIs
  • Hands-on experience with agentic or LLM-powered solutions, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration
  • Proven ability to diagnose complex technical challenges and develop practical solutions in fast-paced environments
