Job Summary

Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, leveraging deep product knowledge and technical expertise to drive merchant growth and commercial outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to enhance GPV and feature adoption
  • Provide education on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features and deliver quarterly technical reviews linking integration health to commercial performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to offer technical solutions that improve the merchant experience and facilitate product adoption
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management or a technical client-facing role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to translate technical insights into business recommendations
