Job Summary
Managing relationships with medium and large enterprise customers, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will provide technical guidance and support, ensuring customer success with Autodesk products in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers as a technical advisor, coordinating with internal teams to execute customer success plans
- Handle critical issue escalations and monitor service level compliance while delivering technical assistance based on data analytics
- Manage proactive customer engagement through regular support case reviews and alignment of technical insights with customer objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Civil, or Construction Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Autodesk cloud services for large enterprise clients
- Strong analytical skills with experience in troubleshooting within an enterprise environment
- Expert knowledge in workflows and data exchange
- Experience in delivering presentations
