Job Summary

Serving as a trusted technical partner, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will support Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America by identifying growth opportunities, providing technical education, and ensuring seamless integration while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to drive commercial outcomes
  • Provide education on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features and conduct quarterly technical reviews connecting integration health to commercial performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical and operational solutions that enhance the merchant experience
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to assess and debug integration issues
  • Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
