Job Summary
To support Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will serve as a trusted technical partner, leveraging deep product knowledge and technical expertise to drive merchant growth and ensure effective integration of services.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and act on growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to enhance GPV and feature adoption
- Provide education and conduct quarterly technical reviews for merchants, connecting integration health to commercial performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical solutions that improve the overall merchant experience and facilitate product adoption
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to assess and debug integration issues
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to translate technical insights into business recommendations
