Job Summary

Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, leverage technical expertise to drive merchant growth, and ensure optimal integration of services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify post-sales growth opportunities and collaborate with Account Management to enhance GPV and feature adoption
  • Provide education on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features and conduct quarterly technical reviews linking integration health to commercial performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that improve the merchant experience and facilitate product adoption
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or software development
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing integration issues
  • Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to translate technical insights into business recommendations
