Job Summary

Managing post-sales technical partnerships for Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will leverage technical expertise and commercial acumen to drive merchant growth and integration success while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and act on growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to enhance GPV and feature adoption
  • Provide education and quarterly technical reviews to merchants, connecting integration health to commercial performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical solutions that improve the merchant experience
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for integration issue assessment and debugging
  • Experience with SQL and monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
