Job Summary
Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, leveraging deep product knowledge and technical expertise to drive merchant growth and performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and act on growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio, collaborating with Account Management to enhance GPV and feature adoption
- Provide education on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features, delivering quarterly technical reviews that connect integration health to commercial performance
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless integration and operational solutions that enhance the merchant experience
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
- Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
