Job Summary
Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, drive commercial outcomes, and leverage technical skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to solve integration issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities to enhance merchant performance and feature adoption
- Provide education and conduct quarterly technical reviews connecting integration health to commercial performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical solutions that improve the overall merchant experience
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
- Experience with SQL and monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
