Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Technical Account Manager will serve as a trusted technical partner for Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, focusing on post-sales technical partnerships, integration issue resolution, and driving commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and act on growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to enhance GPV and feature adoption
- Provide education and quarterly technical reviews to merchants, linking integration health to commercial performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical and operational solutions that improve the overall merchant experience
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and resolving integration issues
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and driving commercial outcomes
