Job Summary
Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, leveraging HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to resolve integration issues while driving growth and commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities to enhance GPV and feature adoption
- Educate merchants and internal teams on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features, delivering quarterly technical reviews
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide technical solutions that improve the merchant experience
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments or fintech
- Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or software development
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to assess and debug integration issues
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure and e-commerce platforms
- Experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders and translating technical insights into business recommendations
