Job Summary

Managing the technical success of major merchants remotely, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will provide guidance on product implementation, foster long-term relationships, and resolve critical technical issues throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead technical relationships for a designated set of merchants, building trust with their technical teams
  • Manage new merchant integrations, identifying and mitigating technical risks while driving product adoption
  • Support clients throughout their partnership, resolving critical issues and coordinating multi-departmental efforts
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions Engineer
  • Proficiency in reading code in at least two programming languages
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to influence partners
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Familiarity with the payments ecosystem and web/mobile application architecture
