Job Summary

Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and leverage technical expertise to ensure merchant success while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to drive commercial outcomes
  • Provide education and conduct quarterly technical reviews on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features for merchants and internal teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical and operational solutions that enhance the merchant experience
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts and driving commercial outcomes
