Job Summary

Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and leverage technical skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance merchant integration and performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities, partnering with Account Management to drive GPV and feature adoption
  • Provide education on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features, delivering quarterly technical reviews that connect integration health to commercial performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to provide technical solutions that improve the merchant experience
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to assess and debug integration issues
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, translating technical insights into business-relevant recommendations
