Job Summary
Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, drive commercial outcomes, and leverage technical expertise to ensure merchant growth and integration success.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to enhance GPV and feature adoption
- Provide education on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features and conduct quarterly technical reviews linking integration health to commercial performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to deliver technical solutions that improve the merchant experience and drive product adoption
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or Technical Consulting
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and driving commercial outcomes
