Job Summary
Fluent in Japanese and experienced in technical consulting, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will guide priority customers through their technical journey, ensuring satisfaction by providing architecture guidance, proactive engagement, and incident management in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary post-sale contact for priority customers, understanding their business goals and technical challenges
- Provide architecture guidance and optimization strategies while conducting regular technical health checks and performance reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between technical delivery and business objectives, and manage incident resolution during critical situations
Required qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) and business-level English proficiency
- 7+ years of related experience in technical consulting, customer success, or systems engineering
- Strong business acumen and excellent technical aptitude with experience managing enterprise customers
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google) and networking concepts
- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are strongly preferred
