Job Summary
Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, drive growth opportunities, and leverage technical expertise to enhance merchant performance and product adoption in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Identify post-sales growth opportunities and partner with Account Management to enhance GPV and feature adoption
- Provide education on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features and conduct quarterly technical reviews to connect integration health with commercial performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical and operational solutions that improve the merchant experience
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management, customer success, or a technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or software development
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience in debugging integration issues
- Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
