Job Summary
Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will serve as a trusted technical partner, leveraging deep product knowledge to drive merchant growth, resolve integration issues, and enhance commercial outcomes through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to enhance GPV and feature adoption
- Provide education and conduct quarterly technical reviews for merchants, linking integration health to commercial performance
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and other teams to ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales to post-sales and drive product adoption
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to assess and debug integration issues
- Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
